Shipping Policies

Shipping & Handling is $7.95 for orders under $50, and $14.95 for orders of $50 or more. Free shipping on orders over $100.00. These rates apply for all orders using standard shipping to 48 States. 
 
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
We ship out of California. From the date of order until date of delivery ranges from 2 to 9 business days, depending on the distance from Southern California.

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Guam, or Puerto Rico

RUSH Shipping is Now Available
When you opt for RUSH shipping, you will receive your order 4 business days from the date your order is processed.

We do not ship to Canada or any other international destinations.

Sales Tax

Residents of Colorado must pay a 2.9% sales tax on all purchases.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with any item for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to refund the cost of the item, less a 10% restocking fee. Ship to: Returns, AEWholesale.com, 9 Huegel Ct., Madison, WI 53719. Shipping fees are not refundable. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. No credit will be given for items if they are not in their original box with original packaging, no exceptions.

Damaged Goods Policy

In the case of a damaged item, please e-mail us at service@myth-conceptions.com with the item number and nature of the damage. We can usually simply issue a refund or replacement (no shipping charge), whichever you prefer. If our Quality Control Department wishes to see the damaged item or we require the item to receive compensation from the shipper, we may ask you to return it to us, and of course we would pay for the return shipping in that case.
